Refunds and Returns

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if the item you ordered is out of stock at the time of your purchase. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Period: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your purchase. After this period, we will not be able to process any refunds.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions. 
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 
  • Damaged or Broken Items: If your item arrives damaged or broken, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the product. 
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]  with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the item(s) for verification purposes. 
  • Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions for returning the item. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale merchandise are non-returnable.

Processing Returns and Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
